Terms & Conditions

By booking or using services from O.G. Clean Machine, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include providing safe access to your vehicle, removing personal belongings before service, and making payment upon completion via cash, card, or mobile payment. Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a $25 fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns. While we take great care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle. Unsatisfied customers must notify us within 24 hours for resolution. We may use before/after photos for marketing unless requested otherwise. O.G. Clean Machine operates in compliance with California environmental and consumer laws and reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
